Five stars aren’t enough! Thank you Nathan for your impeccable service, your genuine kindness and care and for making buying my BMW an easy pleasurable experience. If you are looking for a new or used car, I would highly recommend Nathan and the team at BMW Sylvania; without a doubt, the best car dealership in NSW/ACT.
I have purchased my last two BMW’s from Phillip Rodriquez and he was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Phillip is approachable and accessible and able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Would recommend Phillip to anyone wanting to purchase a new BMW from Sylvania BMW.
I have been looking at upgrading my car for about 6 months. I had it in for a service with Sylvania BMW about a week ago and raised this with Nathan the Service person. He said he would call the sales team and they would be in touch. To tell the truth I was sort of questioning if that would happen etc, but to my surprise it did. I was put in touch with Nathan Gispan, who is a new sales person at Sylvania BMW. I must say it was the smoothest and easiest car purchase I have ever done. Communication was excellent and I did not have to chase or question where things were up to, I was driving away in a new X1 within a week. Nathan G was across all the different stages of the purchase and ensured that everything was done and delivered on time. It was the first time that I felt confident with a sales person and did not feel that he was not truthful and honest about the figures, trade in options etc. I would recommend, if you looking for a new BMW to contact Nathan Gispan and have a chat, you will not be disappointed. Also I want to make mention of Nathan in Servicing, he has been my contact person for the servicing of my previous car and was the person who put me in contact with Nathan G in Sales. Thank you so much for all your support in this process it shows great collaboration and teamwork between the Service area and Sales. Also got to mention John in finance, thanks for your attention to detail and explanations. Just shows that teamwork, can support great customer service and improve the buying experience. Thank you all.
I cannot recommend Anthony Phan from Silvania BMW highly enough. If I could give them 6 stars out of 5, I would do it in a heartbeat.nnFrom the moment he made initial contact with me, Anthony completely redefined what a car-buying experience should look like. He was incredibly personable and welcoming, completely eliminating any of the usual dealership pressure. Instead, it felt like dealing with a trusted advisor who genuinely cared about finding the perfect vehicle for me.nnTheir knowledge of the BMW lineup is absolutely second to none. Every technical question I had—from the nuances of the drivetrain to the intricacies of the iDrive system—was answered with absolute precision. He didn't just know the spec sheets; he truly understands how these cars drive and function in real life.nnWhat stood out the most, however, was their incredible patience and accommodation. I had a lot of questions, wanted to compare different configurations, and needed time to make my decision. Anthony never rushed me once. They accommodated every request seamlessly, making sure I felt entirely confident at every single stage of the process.nnIf you are looking for a seamless, premium, and genuinely enjoyable experience buying a BMW, do yourself a huge favour and ask for Anthony Pann. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Nathan was proactive, responsive, and always happy to answer our questions and address any concerns. The post-sale follow-up has been just as impressive, making the transition to our new car smooth and hassle free. We really appreciated Nathan’s professionalism and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a new car!
