The vibe in the showroom is warm and inviting, all of our questions were answered promptly and the transaction was a smooth process. The moment I walked into the dealership I was greeted instantly by William Rodriquez and Emma from the finance department. The service I received from them was outstanding. They made the entire process extremely easy for me and I felt very comfortable in my dealing with them. I would refer them to all of my friends and family.

Came in with a friend of mine who ended up buying a car.
Guys were fantastic, knew their stuff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. 
They're under renovation but don't let that deter you from the fantastic experience you'll receive. 
Will buy one soon and it will be from Sylvania BMW!

I work a 10 minute walk away from Parramatta BMW, yet i came to Sylvania BMW. From the first chat until delivery (Almost a year due to the M2 waiting list), they have been helpful and did an amazing job making my happiness a higher priority than the 'sale'. Best decision! Great team and great overall experience.
