The worst dealership i have had the misfortune of buying a car from. Patrick is totally unprofessional and abusive towards myself after bring up a fault that was supposed to be fixed. Plan straight out sharks that work here, they do no checks of the car but hype it up with words and stories. Left me with a horrible feeling and have had some issues with the care. I will sort this out on my own accord as i cant bear returning to this dealership and talking to Patrick or his partner/owner. Buyers beware!

We purchased a car from CRONULLA CARSALES only to be treated unprofessionally, we placed a deposit on a car to hold the car until we can test drive the car, we then had a run around telling us that the car was in storage, was at the mechanics, was at the mechanics again, so after placing a deposit on it we got to see the car 3 WEEKS after. When my husband then Drove the car heard a rattle in the engine after speaking with the sale person they negotiated the price to allow us to fix the car, the salesman then sent the paperwork off to our finance company only, to then change his mind on the price after an agreement was made. We collected the car only because this was the car my husband was sold on, and we were afraid by telling them that that wasn't the agreement that they may of done something to the car, we felt like we couldn't trust them and then we asked to speak to the manager, he was not helpful either, IF YOU WANT A TRUST WORTHY CAR AND A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! I hate for this to happen to someone else.
