A while back I bought a Class M dust extractor and a few other bits and pieces for an air compressor. The team were helpful and patient. Unfortunately my car battery died while I was in the store long story, but Arron and Harry helped me without hesitation, using one of the car jumper batteries they had in-store to get me going again. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Can’t fault the service we received in store.nMy husband Trent and I wanted to give a huge shout out to Jake from Sydney Tools Kotara.nTwo combo items we had on our list were no longer available, and with a bit of creativity swapping them out for other items, we ended up with exactly what we needed at a slightly cheaper price!nOld fashioned customer service is hard to come by these days, and Jake even gave my husband a hand loading everything into his Ute.nWe’d rate Jake 6/5 stars if we could!
