Had the worst experience here today. Went to get some printouts, sent the email waiting for the print outs. The lady serving at the counter LIZZY came back with the print out of the email and not the attachment and when asked, she is all very loud and rude as if she is working for free and not getting paid enough? There is no sense of customer service? How dare you raise your voice on customers ?? Learn better or work somewhere else.
Very poor customer service and the checkout area is a real mess. Tried to shop there today. Found most of what I needed, with a few options missing off the shelves. Ok. But the checkout is a joke. I and my children waited at the checkout here sign for 7 minutes I was timing it as we had places to be while I watched other people cut in line in front of us. I asked a nearby employee if I was standing in the correct spot and he stared vaguely in my direction but didn’t respond. Needless to say I got the hint, they obviously don’t want my business. So I left. Don’t shop there if you value your time and expect customer service.
Okay store but average for the Officeworks standard. Disabled parking onsite and has disabled access. Trolleys are provides. Lots of staff on hand. A little difficult to pull into the entrance. This store prints photos and has photocopying onsite. The store has office furniture as well as stationary. Mobile phones are sold here as well as laptop computers, monitors and iPads. The do have a very good range of technology.
Everyone at the print bench was extremely helpful assisting me on self serve, especially Lizzie. Holly was lovely as well, both show amazing customer service skills
