I'm a delivery driver for Uber East. I called to take a customer's order, and the staff said my order wasn't ready yet. I asked how long I had to wait, and they said they didn't know. I noticed a young female employee, who had just started from the checkout counter, went to get the order. She seemed annoyed and went to talk to another employee who was queuing, acting like she was playing around while choosing the order. I waited for about 15 minutes, and then I asked a male employee. He directed me to stand in the corner near the door to wait. I remained near the checkout counter, and about 5 minutes later, I received my order, with the young woman looking unhappy. I'm really upset about this. If there's another order here, I will refuse it. I hope you will be more responsible so that we and your customers don't have to wait so long. I myself received a message from Uber East for the delay in receiving the order.
I had a fantastic experience at this Officeworks store on the morning of 12 May. I made a purchase but forgot to get the tax invoice under my name. When I went back, the staff were incredibly patient and helpful. They set up an account for me and reissued the invoice correctly so I could claim my tax refund at the airport. Thanks to their great customer service, everything went smoothly at the airport and I received my tax back without any issues. Highly recommended!
I went to Officeworks to buy a phone charger and some watercolour paper. Two different people helped me and both were patient, kind, and very helpful. They really stood out as exceptional retail staff. One was called Kieron, I didn’t get the name of the other unfortunately, he was tall with light hair and working on the phone charger section on 14/5/26 at roughly 11am. Thanks so much!
U came into the store completely lost on where to look with a list from my Fiancé, as I had accidentally taken 2 lots of my medication. I asked Josh if he was able to help me find a few things and he was instantly more than happy to help me out. I told him about my medication situation and he straight away asked me to give him the list my partner had given me. He then walked me through the entire store picking out every single item I needed and making great recommendations based on what my partner needed from each product. He even spent 15mins on the phone discussing which pens would be right for her type of work. He is an overall amazing employee and has given me a great impression of the store. If more employees were like this every body would be better off
Office works Kotara staff are not experienced and don’t know printers. They sold me the wrong toner despite me showing them the model number and the actual example of the same printer in their shelf.nThe toner was bought for my daughter doing uni assignments and exams where she needs a lot of printouts , the toner was to be for a spare and when she did run out and the one office works staff sold me did not fit so she had to go into a law exam without enough resource materialnOffice works said it was my fault great customer service guys and that the toner hadn’t been returned within 30 days it was meant to be a back up toner and also the package was opened well yes we had to try to put it in the printernI replaced it all in the foil and made sure it was boxed back up.nThey said they can sell it now despite me seeing one on their shelf in the same condition for cheaper as it said a customer had returned it.nAfter a long wait I phoned the manager at Kotara and he interrogated me about when I bought it and did I know the number etc.nI did remind him it was HIS staff who advised me on the incorrect toner for my printernnHe said he would phone me on Monday as I phoned him Friday afternoon. It’s Wednesday and I have had no phone call.nOffice works made a profit of over 212 million dollars this year and can’t exchange the toner which I am out of pocket $110 on the poor advice of office work staff.nnI have since bought a toner online from the online store Ink Station. It was cheaper and came in 2 days with free postage.nThey have a simple and effective method to find your correct toner online.nOffice works employs incompetent people and managers who lie.
