Horrible online shopping experience - I ordered the brand new working bench with Sydney Tools dated 15 Feb. The stock and delivered date were checked with Daniel before placing the order. I also requested the driver to give a call one hour before the arrival.nnOn the original delivery date 20 Feb, nothing was happen. Hence I called Daniel in the afternoon. Unfortunately I was told that my delivery was missing and the delivery would be arranged on next day instead.nnOn the next day 21Feb, the bench was suddenly turned up my home which I had to rush back from office to collect it. Unfortunately the bench came with few dents on the front drawer and damages. I didn't accept the working bench and Daniel then told that the new working bench would be delivered three days after.nnAfter the three days 24 Feb, nothing was happen again until 3pm I was told that it had no delivery since no truck was available. I was further advised that it will be delivered on three days afterward 27 Feb.nnI checked the status of delivery with Daniel in the afternoon of 27 Feb. Suprisingly, I was told that nothing was scheduled again since the refund was requested but I never requested any refund. It is so horrible purchasing experience with such a big brand when I just simply buy a working bench only.
Thank you to Justin at Sydney tools for his awesome service. I’m a female with arthritis in my hands and I can now continue to use power tools because of his expert advice and service. He showed me the small and powerful M12 fuel line. He pulled the tools out of the box and let me see if they felt right. What a great staff member and a great store. The store is also well stocked and tidy and organised. Prices are good too.
Such a weird store. I couldn't even buy screws because they specialise in power tools. I always feel like a goose trying to get service and always regret going in thinking this time it will be better. The building is such an eyesore, I don't know how the council allowed them to go ahead with the obnoxious signage and branding. I wish it was replaced by a service that actually served the community. Sydney Tools very obviously survives on of their online store, not this particular brick and mortar one.
Worst waste of space in Dulwich Hill ever! They bought out and occupied the entire ground floor of an apartment complex when they should have relocated to a more feasible location. They did this because they are a selfish company, they own the property and are likely using the sale/rent proceeds of the apartments to fund their business and themselves.nThis business was originally on the corner of this renovated complex, it was viewed as lucrative and dishonest by many locals for a number of years. The owners were often seen driving high end sports cars and keeping to themselves. Everyone knows that they were supposed to have allowed for mixed/boutique businesses but overrode the council submission to suit their own greed and took over the entire floor leaving no room for anyone else.nWhat could have been a precinct for a nice cafe, a clothes shop or possibly a small restaurant or bar is now one big, depressing tool store!
I'm very satisfied about my shopping in this shop. Excellent, very helpful staff. Mohamed helped me to save $600 by giving my small tip so couldn't be happier about that deal.nI will definitely come back for next shopping
