Had an absolutely amazing experience today as a first year apprentice doing my electrical apprenticeship, I was very confronted by a lot of the options available to me. Luckily the team at Sydney Tools were able to help me out in deciding what the best possible tool kit would be for me, which was a Milwaukee bundle team red all the way Armando was extremely helpful, getting me the best possible kit and helping me to find the right bits that I needed for the tools that I had bought instead of almost buying bits for a tool that I have never heard of thank you heaps mate really appreciate you today
Click and collected this morning,nI purchased ITM industrial products,nDisc Grinding Machine that came with a bonus guide, I have just unboxed to see there is no bonus guide inside, I ring Sydney Tools prior to purchase and was told it is in the box and that they checked, No they didn’t check at all.nI just rang to have them say ring us back middle of January to sought this problem, I asked would you like my details and note this I formation to only be told just ring back in the middle of January. Like is this how you actually operate in business sell then don’t care, I was told ITM won’t be contactable until then, I bet I prove you wrong on Tuesday as a company of this nature does not shut down.nVery disappointed on your customer skills and for follow up, I will be taking it back to Pakenham store for themnTo sought as they did the chasing a store which had stock.nSee it’s not there. Some of the staff are lazy. We had the faulty part fixed and received a free blade howevernDaniel doesn't have very good customer service skills for a Manager. The repair guy and one of the other staff members were lovely but overall wouldn't shop here again
Great place for a wide variety of tools and brands. Great customer service from Armando - mans is a walking encyclopaedia, a wealth of knowledge that he’s happy to share with customers. 5/5 stars for Sydney tools, 10/10 for Armando
Sydney tools carrum downs are always so helpful best tool shop around the area, have had to get my drill repaired a few times under warranty and has always been quick and easy!
