I enjoy coming here on a weekly basis, I always find a bargain or two.nOn the down side some things are extremely over priced for what they're worth.nA kids Kmart top priced at $8 when I can buy a brand new one from Kmart for at least $4.nI also went to donate some goods, I was told to come back in an hour as all the bins were full. I came back, waited in my car for 45 minutes, I was eventually able to donate my goods but I had to dump them on the ground as all the bins were still full.nI do like the self serve registers though.
It’s a great place to find unique things for your party events. I would say the quality in some things are not there and the random pricing for helium in a ballon was odd but other than that it’s definitely a place to get your party on.
Lots of clothing and the homewares in particular seemed to be well priced. Bundled up themed cups2016 Nintendo Game Boy for $5 for four - when you compare to other Savers stores who'd do $10+ is impressive.nnThere is A LOT of local sports club junk here though Eltham, etc compared to other Savers stores.
This is how an op shop should be. Very reasonable prices, huge amount of stock and a discount benefit for donating items if you buy from the store.
Took some unwanted gear over to Savers and went inside for a look at the place.nLots of folk looking through the goods at very low orices. Great for all involved.
