Great service, quick delivery of product which were well packed. The prices are reasonable and a great variety of products. Happy to be able to get the Olaplex on special. It's also nice to get free gifts with different way postage options.

The store is AMAZING. We stopped by to get some things for bleaching my hair and the owner, David, went above and beyond to help us. Hands down the best retail experience I've ever had! They have the best prices and he even asked the colorist for advice for me! Did not give me a hard time at all about bleaching my own hair (frequently frowned upon). If anything, he was encouraging and let me know of all my options at all price range. Not pushy or anything, seriously amazing. Would highly recommend and I will 100% come back for any hair related things! Love love love the customer service here!

Ordered off eBay and very impressed! Had the best value prices for genuine olaplex products and arrived perfectly packaged to Brisbane in only 3 business days. They were also one of the only retailers to stock the size of the products. Definitely recommend purchasing from here.

I ordered my hair straightener yesterday and it arrived this morning. Very fast postage just as promised. Didn’t have to wait a week for the item to be dispatched from the warehouse and then wait a few more days for delivery; Express postage is just that. I don’t usually spend a lot of money on line and would rather pay the extra to buy the product from a shop but the fantastic reviews put my mind at ease. I did check with GHD I must admit that they were a legitimate GHD stockist and they confirmed that they were. I purchased a gift set and the entire set and postage was less than I would have paid going to a shop to buy the straightener on its own. I am very happy with my purchase.
