I had a very good experience here when I went two days ago. I can feel that the hair products they use are very natural, refreshing and not drying or heavily chemically fragranced like other places. I have been to a lot of hairdressers in the inner west, including organic, and this one is my favourite. The haircuts are always very neatly and professionally done, yet not completely overpriced like most other places around. Very good value, ticks all my boxes, recommending to family and friends.

This place is amazing because it’s comfortable and they use the best products, free of ammonia and mercury. Staff are very friendly and extremely professional. I would recommend it to everyone. 😘😘😘

Worst hair colouring job for the past 10 years since I colour my hair. Either the bleach was left on for too long or they mixed the colour wrong... Instead of light brown the highlights turned out blond to partially grey. Plus my hair looks and feels completely damaged. Hi Bianca, Thanks for your response. I left the salon yesterday asking for an appointment to reapply a toner but my understanding was that you are fully booked and it cannot be arranged prior to my holiday. Besides, looking at my hair outside in natural light the problem goes beyond a toner. Darker foils need to be applied to even make anly “highlight” effect visible, right now my hair looks like a large blonde/gray mass and completely dry and damaged. Nothing like brown with light brown and blond highlights. I have sent you a picture. I am spending additional 3 hours at the hairdresser today to get a fix. On a different note, my mum got an allergic reaction to the products applied, which stared developing at the salon yesterday in form of a mild rash on the face. She didn’t pay too much attention to it until it got worse last evening and her face partially swell. You are saying the products are natural.. Regards, Martina

One of the best experiences I had in a hair saloon, after going to the same one for 7 years. Bianca and her team are wonderful. She's very professional and knows what suits you best. She doesn't mind going an extra mile to make sure you are happy with the result and throughout the whole process. The salon is really nice and peaceful and they offer you some tea while you get your hair done. Plus, knowing all her products are chemicals free is reassuring. I even bought some gel off her shelves. I've got color and a haircut and I couldn't be happier with the result. Healthier products, great outcome and a pleasant experience for both me and my wallet!
