A Quick google on a hard to find item sent us to the Swift Supplies Website where i found the item i needed straight away. Called the office to confirm item was available and was able to pick up items and return to our office within an hour of the Google Search. Madeline was great, knew the product and had us in and out in no time
The staff at Swift Supplies are amongst the most helpful and obliging people I have ever encountered. I have purchased small quantities of Fabric Bakelite sheet and rod on several occasions when needing insulator material for my ham radio antenna building and the service and delivery has always been outstanding. One example of their desire to ensure customer satisfaction was when I needed some Fabric Bakelite Rod to fit inside some 25mm inner diameter aluminium tube. I spoke to Madeline and explained the situation. She said their 25mm Fabric Bakelite Rod had some slight variation in production tolerance and would look for a piece that would fit inside my 25mm tube ... sure enough the rod that arrived fitted inside the tube perfectly! If you want 'good old fashioned service' I highly recommend this company.
Madeline at Swift Supplies has been extremely helpful. I needed a bonding solution for neoprene rubber to Mylar. Madeline tracked down the two best options then we narrowed it down to the best one by discussing the application in detail. Additionally she was able to recommend and source an EPDM sponge cord to improve my current assembly processes. I would happily recommend Swift Supplies based on my experience.
Fantastic company. If you are after a higher tier of products normally only available to specialised industry versus your favourite consumer hardware store, this is the place to go, at least in my experience. I was looking for a 2-part epoxy that needed to satisfy a number of requirements including vibration resistance and heat resistance. The Weicon HT180 Swift Supplies stock was precisely on the money and worked brilliantly, aided by a sophisticated delivery system that might have cost me more in initial outlay you need to buy the dispensing gun as well but will pay me back handsomely with some bigger projects planned over the next 18 months. I will not hesitate to buy from again. Customer service is extremely slick and delivery very fast. Thank you!
Best customer service ever. I placed an online order and within an hour I had a confirmation email with tracking. Their communications via email are personable. I wish more people these days had customer service like theirs. It's a curtesy that seems to be lost on the younger generation.
Bought fire protection products off these guys at the Beenleigh shed. The girls there are great & nothing seems to be a drama for them. Prices were competitive & I'll use em again of I need their products.

Needed some heat shrink for an urgent repair in a large diameter size. All the big places had it on backorder or needed it shipped from a warehouse. Swift Supplies had it in stocks, and I picked it up about an hour after I called and placed my order. I'll be using them in the future!
