If I could give zero star I would. I got severely ripped off today. I was charged $28.99 for a “Collapsable washing basket” that’s apparently dark grey. It’s not a collapsible washing basket and it is not dark grey! It was a $3.99 basket! I was charged for nine lolly pops when I only picked up three. I was also charged for one items I did not get. This is fraud and theft at its finest and I’ll be reporting this to ACCC and fair trading so this does not happen to anyone else. I’m extremely disappointed, saddened and heartbroken. The CCTV footage will prove I only had 3 lolly pops and the basket so there is no way out of this. I live 1 hour away from this store as I was only stopping by on my way home from an appointment so it’s going to be hard to come back and do a refund. I will not be coming back here and you can count on me to take this further. I might even consider going to current affair. Not good enough.
Great shop. Friendly staff good variety
Love this shop heaps of boho items hard working staff very friendly and well organised. One of my favorite shops. I go there with my daughter all the time. Very good value for money. Everything is reasonable from wash baskets for $2,50 to plastic wear very cheap. Love the incense and Indian things. Charleigh deserves a pay rise as he is wonderful at everything he does. Always helpful with a big smile. Loves to have a quick chat too. We love him. Please go in and check out what they have. U will be surprised. U only need a spare hour lol they have so much stuff.
Not always the best as they do not offer discounts if you want to buy more than 1 item. Eg I want to buy at least 6-8 blockout curtains. No chance to have discount. Would be no ce to have curtains come down at least by $6dollars each. Prefer original owners.
Fantastic service, friendly staff who are always willing to help you out. Huge range of products and reasonably priced. It is one of my favourite stores to get everything from kitchen products to garden supplies. It also has an amazing range of products for everything else including decorations and fairy lights for outside and in.
So over priced and its supposed to be a cheap store?! $500 for a Christmas Tree that is $100 at Kmart Wtaf! And also they will treat everyone like they're a theif for their precious overpriced goods.
This is a fabulous large,discount variety store .. it sells products that range from stationary items,laundry,bathroom, kitchen + craft products, tissues, Christmas lights,hats, scarves, lollies ,batteries, also ther's something for a puppy, cats + also fish tanks.. even cards,ribbon + wrapping paper.. They also have "handy person" section.. + Their prices are really low.. The staff are extremely helpful + they're very knowledgeable with regards to their stock..The aisles are very wide so it caters for wheelchairs + shopping trolleys .. A totally fabulous shopping experience !!! Keep up the great work
Bought 2 dog harnesses one was defective when trying it on the dog. But harness was too big for poodles. Took both back the same way it was when it left the store. Advised assistant manager that it was too big for the dog can we please exchange for 2 cat harnesses. They said NO because of OH&S. WTF.... They can't accept any pet stuff for refunds but on the bottom of the receipt it gives you the refund policy that says you must have your receipt to get a refund. They said it was policy and I asked to see the policy and he didn't have it. I know the retail rules and regulations and this does not exist. It's not for the measly 5.00 but for the principal that I will fight for this so that other people won't get ripped off! So mad at them. We purchased it in good faith as we were unable to bring the dog in to have it fitted. At least honour the fact that I had done the right thing in bringing my receipt and only wanted an exchange for cat harnesses. I didn't want the money. NOT EVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!
Very much the same as every other discount vender. This one has a great range and obviously low prices. The staff here seem to really like their jobs, they were happy and lovely to have a quick chat and a joke with. Happily recommend.
The BEST variety store in Queensland. Everything we wanted was available to purchase. I wonder what they don't have. So many cute items to choose and best shop for bric a brac items. We will continue to patronise this very clean and neat variety store :-
