I was struggling to find a new trickle vent for one of the windows in my garage and someone recommended I try Universal Hardware supplies. Glad I did! Old fashioned service by knowledgable staff. A rare find. Amazing how much stuff they stock. Highly recommended.
This company is very lucky to have Dallas. Wow, what a customer service. He made me leave companies & give UHS not one chance not two but three!!! I really appreciate you. I wish there was more excellent ppl like you. He deserves more!
Amazing service! I couldn't recommend this company enough. We had a sofa being delivered that couldn't fit through the door so we contacted Julian to get our front window out then back on after the delivery. Julian was very accommodating when we had to change the date and times. We also had a dodgy window that he also repaired. He was very friendly and very professional. Would definitely use this company again if we need to. They are also very reasonably priced.
Amazing products, competitive prices. but the customer service is incredible, even helped me move my car when I managed to block myself in , thank you .
Broken UPVC window locking mechanism meant we couldn't open window at all. Julian at UHS was excellent and fixed the problem despite the stubborn lock. Perseverance, patience and politeness in great measure saved the day and saved buying a new window at great expense!. Many thanks!

Struggled to find a lever lock for conservatory door, very helpful to source lock and fitted. They did not try and get me to have the whole locking system changed. Very pleased with the service.
The best place to buy fixtures & fittings for uPVC
Had an issue with my front door lock, rung UHS and Julian come out very quickly, sorted out the problem. I found him very helpful and polite, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
Very professional, excellent service, even over the phone they knew exactly what I needed, I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Well done guys.
