I visited this store at around 1:30 today where i witnessed a rude and racist comment by a staff member. This tanned young customer asked a simple question about an item saying: Customer: “where can I leave this” Staff: “where did u take it from” Customer: “I think it was from the rack” Staff: “Good job! Now go put it back where u took it from yourself”  This staff member was already located in the fitting room so I don’t understand the need to make a sarcastic, rude remark when you are the one who knows the store best, and it’s your JOB to help. It’s the bare minimum. It was really disgusting behaviour and was not necessary at all.

Managed to purchase some bargins here today. The staff are friendly and helpful, they listen to your needs. I  lost an earring today, when I realised this, I called them and they located it. Above and beyond, just so honest.

Lovely friendly sales staff. Prices are getting expensive.

Staff member was very rude

Always like their stuff.
