Sutherlands Property Management Group are established Property Managers who specialise in maximising the return on your Gold Coast investment property.

Best Property Managers you will find! We have recently transferred the management of our rental property from another firm to Sutherlands Group. All the staff are professional, efficient, courteous and very dedicated. They sourced and managed renovations over our property and communication was brilliant. In short, these ladies are on the ball. Don't waste your time or energy considering anyone else, just get on the phone to Sutherlands and you will find for yourself how wonderful their service is. Nothing will be too much trouble, and they will look after you and your property with a friendly welcome on top. Thanks Ladies, love your work!

It is with some regret that I write this review. After Colleen and her team looked after our investment property for 13 years, due to the sale of the property, our relationship is coming to an end. This partnership began whilst the house was being built when Colleen approached us offering to be our property manager, thus the partnership began. Colleen and her team were with us right from the start on our journey of owing an investment property. They guided us through the ups and downs of being a landlord and were always available for consultation or face to face meetings when requested. As we were based interstate this accessibility was much appreciated.

Throughout the journey the mantra we heard was that fairness and adhering to the rules was applied to both the landlord and the tenant as each deserved this same treatment. Because of this philosophy we had a number of good tenants where everyone was happy. Under Colleen’s guidance we were happy to oblige the tenants if they requested to provide additional things to the property, as we felt happy tenants would be good tenants.

Unfortunately there were also the tenants who violated the trust of both us and Colleen resulting in Colleen and her team having to work at getting the best positive outcome in a bad situation, but still applying their policy of fairness and the application of the relevant rules.

Colleen handled the sale of the property and this went without a hitch. I would recommend Colleen and her team to any other person seeking a managing agent or for the sale of a property. My husband Kevin and I wish Colleen and her team all the best for the future.

Not your typical looking Real Estate Office. A welcoming, bright, peaceful office space where the focus is just as much on the people as it is on property. One meeting with Colleen, the Principal, and you will know you are in capable hands... she exudes confidence because she knows her stuff yet continues to evolve, mastering her craft. Do not bypass the opportunity  to engage with small business.

We initially considered going with a mainstream real estate agency to manage our property but decided against it in the end as we figured that property management is surely secondary to their main objective; selling property. After our experience with Colleen and Pauline at Sutherlands I am quite certain we made the right choice. They have been very professional throughout the process, kept us in the loop and have taken care of every little detail, which is exactly why one engages a property manager in the first place. I highly recommend Sutherlands.
