Buying a commercial property can be a scary and exciting process. Unfortunately it can also mean dealing with rude unhelpful real estate agents. Wow James and the team from Lacey West defiantly are not one of those agents. Always helpful and eager to answer my emails/calls/silly questions/multiple inspections (and i wasn't even his client/seller). I am so so impressed with you James/team, thanks for being so professional. I highly recommend these guys :)

Have dealt with Lacey West for years, bought and sold two properties with them and would thoroughly recommend them. Tony West has had an excellent reputation for many years and Will West is following in the same way. Will was totally professional ,hard working and honest when he sold our last property. I still contact him when I'm looking in the area as he has a great knowledge of what's going on and you know there won't be any lies or sales tactics when you ask a question. If you are looking for an agent in this area ,you could not go past these guys.

Recently had dealing with Lacey West Reality in Burleigh Heads. This is not the first time I have dealt with them. In particular Will West I have found him to be uninformed about the real estate he is selling and trying to make it up as he goes along. This is not the first time this has happened with this company and in particular Will West. I believe he will sell a property at any cost or truth. I would avoid dealing with them as either being a buyer or seller. I was so disappointed as I was really interested with one of the properties they had to sell but when I realised Will West was the Agent we decided there was no way we were going to have any dealings with the company in anyway. I am sure that I am not the only one that feels this way. To be avoided at all costs a lot of better Real Estate Agents in the area
