Asked if I could make a return for an online purchase and was responded to with a curt yes. Then was told it’s so much easier to shop in store. I held my tongue - it’s not when you work 9-5 and not all stores have stock. Then a further comment was made about online returns and how they wished people would just shop in store. I started to explain I don’t have time and the stores around me didn’t have the items in stock and was then told, but then you have to come in store to return it. I responded but was not listened to and was just laughed off. Customers have legitimate reasons to shop online and are allowed to make online returns. They should not be made to feel like they are doing something wrong like these comments did.
