Very rude server, ended up giving me the wrong items then only told me they didn’t have what I actually asked for til AFTER I had paid. Bit into the chicken roll I bought and ended up being pink… waste of $16 for 2 inedible items.
After eating this sushi I realised how blessed I've been with all the sushi that I've previously eaten. I got a salmon lover box and the salmon was soooo chewy I could barely finish the box.... definitely won't be returning.Food: 1/5
This place is not accessible and the staff were rude and ableist. I am in a wheelchair and the sales person did not communicate with me. I thought she couldn’t hear me so I spoke up when placing my order, but she repeatedly didn’t answer my questions and paid more attention to my friend pushing my wheelchair - who wasn’t even ordering. When it came time to pay, the Eftpos machine was out of my sight and reach. The sales person didn’t go to the shorter counter for the transaction nor try to bring the machine to me. Without even knowing the total cost, I had to rely on my friend to bring my card up to the tall counter. The encounter was stressful and full of ignorance, and I will not be coming back again. I hope all staff receive training.
We get sushi weekly here it’s usually a good lunch time option. The rolls are getting smaller, the seaweed wrap doesn’t overlap and the top of the protein is wide but then narrow and stops short of the bottom recently. Perhaps a new production manager wanting to increase margins.
$4 for 10 mini sushi is cheap, but just look at that tuna portion in the sushi, the tinniest amount of filling I ever seen in any sushi take sway shop in Sydney, poor quality or the owner is too cheap…
My daughter requested Sushi for her birthday, I rang to see if they could supply a large combination platter which they were able to in under an hour! The Sushi was fresh and delicious and the price was good for the amount of Sushi. The staff were friendly in store, I wish I'd taken a picture to post!
Really bad customer service. I don’t know what is wrong with the staff today. I ordered udon noodle and when the noodle is ready nobody told me. They just put it near the counter in a hidden area. I waited for more than 30 minutes and eventually asked the staff where my noodle is. Then the staff told me put my noodle was ready long time ago and was put in hidden area near the counter. When I have my noodles for lunch it is already cold. I was sitting right in front of the staff and nobody comes to me ask least to tell me my noodle is ready. It’s really a waste of time.
Uber eats order Poor quality and stingy with ingredients. Way too much rice in roll. Nigiri was off tasting by next day even though I refrigerated it. Cucumber was the thickness of a hair strand. Tuna was dry.
Even if when I’m starving I stop here sometime, they are not the best sushi rolls I’ve ever eaten. They also have some choice of rolls with brown rice, if I don’t remember wrong they used to have just white rice before.
Great value fresh sushi and the cashier had a lovely attitude and great customer service
