We were seated very quickly. Nice to be able to seat 6 in a booth.nThe service was good if you do not order through the QR code on the table. Some of the food we ordered through the QR code either did not arrive or took a very long time to be delivered.nThe robotic server is a very novel idea.nThe food is pretty standard sushi fare from a fast food place but better than Woolworths.
We waited for a long time to get the sushi we ordered through the APP. The sushi rice was dry. ramen appeared to use the same soy sauce-based broth as the udon, which wasn't what we expected. The noodles also didn't taste like typical ramen we've had at other restaurants and were quite disappointing. The karage chicken doesn't come with Mayo sauce and tasted a bit dry.
$24.00 for a Katsu Chicken Curry that has 5 of the thinnest cuts of chicken, with warmish curry sauce. The one at Vic Point is better than this extortion. Your restaurant was disappointment and a rip off…. And you lost our booking - so we had to wait 30 min extra. Thanks for the experience, will never be back.
Easily the best Japanese Sushi restaurant in the Redlands in my opinion.nnI always order from the menu, try to get something new every time I come in. Between medium fatty tuna, Wagyu beef and kingfish sushi, and the Unagi rice bowl, there's been many options I've been delighted to try for the first time and be blown away by the flavour.nnService is great, and the restaurant is comfortable.
Food was good, atmosphere was alright but a bit tacky and the service? This restaurant if I can even call it that, had blatantly rude workers that gave me and my friend awful looks. When I went to pay they told me no cash when there were zero signs telling me so until right at the counter and that sign was incredibly small, the person at the cash register started talking under her breath and being an overall bitchy jerk after I pulled out cash and put us on the spot and made it embarrassing as we only had cash before she even informed me about the policy.
