Terrible. Chips cold, stale and crunchy. Continuing with their policy of providing single big mac when customer pays and orders a double big mac. They are betting most won't return to get it fixed.
Popped in for a quick coffee and was happy to find I could order over the counter and not use the digital order boards being 70 yrs oldnIt looks like the place has been renovated since my last visit...modernised.nWas served by a happy and pleasant young girl.nDidn't have to wait too long and the coffee was hot and delicious!nThe restaurant was clean and tidy well it was 6.30am and updated since my last visit.nPlenty of parking and easy handicapped access.
Well done Capalaba. Yet again you didn’t fail to under deliver on the most basic of roles. Not only did you give out a normal cheeseburger in place of a double cheeseburger. You also managed to serve 1 hot and 1 lot of cold chips and totally failed in supplying the sweet and sour sauce. Again all items were paid for. Maybe more than 1 meal at a time in drive through is too much.
Just went to the drive thru at capalaba, I was unable to reach the eftpos terminal to pay, was told they can no longer use the hand held machine, I said I can't reach, could you please tap my phone for me, and I just got a blank stare, zero help. Moved my car, paid then went to collect my meal, no customer service just handed me the bag and drinks, I noticed stuff was missing, had to wait for them to come back over, I asked for missing food, they handed it to me without a word. No sorry. I then get home and see that they gave me the wrong food originally anyway. I was the only person in the drive thru. Zero customer service, not impressed.
ALWAYS having to check our order is correct. The amount of coffee’s I’ve purchased that I got home and found wrong, I’ve lost count. Money wasted.nnThe order is frequently missing half the contents of what was purchased, coffee filled an inch from the top and chips half full and cold in the packet are just a couple of examples, and no, they didn’t spill into the bag . This is what I received yesterday when ordering for my disabled client. It’s ridiculous! A multi-billion dollar franchise and they can’t even give you what you’re paying for.
