We wanted a $3 sushi role.and ended eating all of this for $52... hahaha. The fish was fresh and the prawn tempura and the karage was super fresh n tasty. One of the mixed fried bowl was cold and th staff happily replaced it with a fresh one right out of the fryer...
Dined here straight after arrived from the airport. Such a perfect jetlag cure. The choice of sushi on the sushi train was fabulous. Salmon, tuna and kingfish sashimi were fresh and enjoyable. Love the fried stuffs such as prawn dumplings and calamari with teriyaki sauce. Both are tender. I think what was unique here is the options of modern fusion style sushi. Like Crabstick with lobster in teriyaki sauce maki. Quite different options.
REASONABLE JAPANESE SUSHI / SASHIMI IN EMPORIUM FOOD COURT Sushi and Nori is one of many outlets in the Emporium Food Court. Quick option if you are happy with pre-packaged sushi and sashimi plus a range of other Japanese items. Plenty to communal seating and usually not a long wait .
Very busy shop in the Emporium. Good quality fresh and tasty.
I love this sushi train, absolutely amazing sushi and authentic service.
I love Sushi & Nori! The sushi rolls are all so fresh compared to other sushi chains. I usually get the salmon pack and I love the mayo/sauce the put on top - it's delicious. The portion size in the pack is good. Having seen the reviews from the sushi train, maybe it's best to stick with the sushi packs! Overall, this is one of my favourite sushi places in Melbourne.
Awesome food friendly will always get a seat for you happy to help staff
Perfect quality. Most of the plates on the train are the expensive ones. Few options from the regular plates. But, it’s better than other sushi trains I visited. Yes, recommend.
We love it here. The kids pick out their food off the train so they feel they are in control. Not the most amazing sushi but quite good considering you’re in a food court. Must order their chefs special sashimi platter at $38 it’s a bargain
I visited Sushi & Nori at Emporium a month agoon Sunday. I was with my cousin and explained this is a chain company also running by Korean. During the time one employeeJapanese girl brought our drinks and my cousin said 'Thank you' in Korean. 1 min later, the girl starts talking about us to another co-worker in Japanese that 'Do I look like a Korean? I feel bad why they said that' in front of us. She thought we can't speak Japanese but I can and I understood what she was saying. Please let her know I feel very sorry to say THANK YOU in Korean but I don't think that is a good way to say the complaint in front of customers. How rude she is? She may behavior other customers as well. Please more attention your customer service or training your hall-staff. Plus, there was no sign for a surcharge when I pay the bill. When I hand my card out, the receptionist added the surcharge amount without notice. You must retrain the receptionist as well. If there is no sign, the staff must mention it. Not just taking card out. My cousin visited me from USA only for one day and brought him a good Japanese restaurant but I was unsatisfied with your service.
