Story

The concept of the store is based on the next generation of Train style sushi from both Japan and around the World. Our motto consists of Freshness (natural ingredients, health conscious), Creativity (original recipes), and Flexibility in service to create an environment for all my customers to enjoy.

Healthy menu items such as Brown Rice and Black Rice have been seamlessly integrated into our state of the art touch panel ordering system, a triumph of Japanese technology.

From the freshest seafood, increasingly popular Wagyu, to organic vegetables that are safe and plentiful and in season.

From Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon, Southern Blue Fin Tuna from Port Lincoln, Tasmanian Sea Urchin, to Coffin Bay Oysters, we will not be troubled for ingredients. And of course, a veritable treasure trove of the Barossa and McLaren Vale wine regions wines.

This place was wonderful! The only reason I could complain would be the lack of dietary information on some of the foods. But overall, 9/10. The food was never cold if you ordered something hot.

I used to love this place and gave it 5 stars. Went there again today after a while and found the quality has dropped significantly. I gave it 3 stars for now. Will give it another go sometime and if it's still like this or worse, I will have to downgrade my rating.

If can give zero mark,  i will do that.  I ordered the sashimi and all of the salmon were not fresh. I asked for table water and they didn't provide any at all.  The ad shows $3. 5 all day and we ordered fried chicken $4. 7 for 3pieces.  When paid, they tried to overcharge us.  Terrible experience overall.

The food is not so fresh, sometimes there are flies in the food, the sushi maker have lack of skills. We ate 7 dishes and left the restaurant right away. One of us have to vomit it our because it’s fresh and have some horrible after taste. Do not recommend this restaurant!

Use to be good, now not so much.

Best sushi train I’ve been to. Great price. Really really high quality fish. Fresh chilled Mochi!!! Highly recommend

First sushi train experience with a friend.  Other than some tired upholstery was a good casual dining experience.
