Story

The concept of the store is based on the next generation of Train style sushi from both Japan and around the World. Our motto consists of Freshness (natural ingredients, health conscious), Creativity (original recipes), and Flexibility in service to create an environment for all my customers to enjoy.

Healthy menu items such as Brown Rice and Black Rice have been seamlessly integrated into our state of the art touch panel ordering system, a triumph of Japanese technology.

From the freshest seafood, increasingly popular Wagyu, to organic vegetables that are safe and plentiful and in season.

From Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon, Southern Blue Fin Tuna from Port Lincoln, Tasmanian Sea Urchin, to Coffin Bay Oysters, we will not be troubled for ingredients. And of course, a veritable treasure trove of the Barossa and McLaren Vale wine regions wines.
