I have gone through a lot of mechanics on the Gold Coast before I found Carl. He is by far the best mechanic around, he is honest, has got an eye for detail and is always extremely friendly. I have recommended Carl to all of my family members. An absolute gentleman.

Karl at Sure Stop is by far one the best operators around. He is meticulous and I appreciate that he calls to advise of an unknown issue, asking permission to fix it rather than just doing it and charging like a wounded bull. Karl obviously takes great pride in his work and the spotless clean workshop is evidence of this.

I had my car Serviced recently at Sure Stop Automotive and the Mechanic explained everything that needed to be done and why, which made me feel very reassured. Thanks to Sure Stop Automotive, my car is running better than ever!!
