After being hit by a Council Bus my Insurer sent me to a Panel Beater who told me cant assess your car until next month and if approved it would not be able to be repaired until mid December at the earliest this was not acceptable I then went to Somerville Smash they accessed the car there and then came back to me that day with a definite date when parts etc would be there two weeks later I dropped the car of Friday morning was dropped of at Avis car was finished Tuesday as promised was duly picked up at Avis and dropped of at my car absolute no fuss. An appointment was made by my insurer at Sommerville Smash Repairs for an assessment to be madeI arrived 5 mins early and stepped into a smart air conditioned office and was met with a smile. Whilst waiting for the assessor I sat in a comfortable bright office. A few mins following he came out, asked if I’d like to point any damages out which I did. An extremely hot day so went back inside as advised. Assessment done, paperwork completed and was told to be there at 7.30 am on the appointed date for repair. They would take care of my car, drop me to the car hire company. Everything went like clockwork in an organised, professional and friendly way. Will add to this once the work is done on my rather new Mercedes which will take a week.

I have just had my car repaired by the team at Sommervilles due to an inattentive driver running into me. My experience has been very positive and the repairs were done very professionally and quickly. I dropped my car at the booked time and it was ready right on the time they promised it would be. The body work was perfect as was the paint repairs. The colour match was perfect and it looks as good as new.
