Purchased a skirt online in a size xs during a sale and got it for 30% off. When I went to Joondi to get an exchange for the same skirt but bigger size, the girl made me pay extra for the exchange, as the skirt was now full price. I called whitfords and explained the situation. The girl from whitfords told me to go back to joondi asked for the money back and for them to give me the 30% off as the skirt was on sale in the first place and was only an exchange. Such an inconvenience and so was embarrassing to ask for the price match. The girl who served me made me feel uncomfortable. Overall the staff weren’t to friendliest or very approachable as they were talking the whole time about personal stuff loudly too. I work in retail and would never let that pass, so I always avoid this particular supre LOL
