Easy to get to, easy to park.

When you walk in a very helpful young lady took my order and was a great help.

She then heads off to get the stuff from the back, took 2 mins.All fine.

Then they give you a number card to wait and put your things in a rack behind the till. So it’s there ready to be paid for.

So 10minutes later your number gets called out to go to the till. The delay is simply whilst the person at the till painfully and painfully slowly inputs the purchases in to the till of the people being served

No barcode scanning, no just tap a number in but a ‘pick a drop down selection on the computer, manually enter, select’ type affair.

It took 5 minutes just for 6 items to put through the system in order for me to pay.

The actual paying process is painfully slow. Painfully slow. Did i say painful?

I feel for the people there as they seem pleasant but damn the business process is slow to just pay for your stuff.

Allow at least 20 minutes for your visit and this was on a quiet day.

Most of the staff were polite and helpful however the man at the counter was very rude, we were buying about 8 items however were charged with an extra skirt. The next day we came back and told the man this, however he refused to believe he made a mistake. He said "it was strange" for him to make a mistake and would not give us a refund or an apology. They ended up just giving us another skirt. 

Another time we went to return a shirt however, the SAME man would not refund and just told us to exchange with another item. Very unhappy with that man.

I went in there to get a simple skirt for school, the place was caotic and there were three lines joined into each other. Everything was confusing the staff were so rude to me as I asked for a size up and there reply was 'I don't have time to talk to you'

Very very dissatisfied with the costumer service as I had lined up and then was told I couldn't just buy the skirt I had to fill out a form about my school and what I needed. Very useless procedure when I only wanted to buy one of the skirts on the 5 dollar rack.

Never going back as I was spoken to rudely and not helped what so ever, would have thought a Business like this would've been easier to buy from
