My first time visit to this Superette . Very colorful shop lots to choose from. High quality materials and top designs. YOU WANT TO RIP ME OFF AFTER YOUR RUDE SERVICE TOWARDS MY WIFE FOR TOPPING UP TWO AT HOP CARDS ON SUNDAY OVER THE AT CARD BALANCE. MY WIFE GAVE YOU $50 TO PUT $25 ON TWO AT HOP CARDS. YOU TOPPED UP $25 ON HERS AND TOPPED UP $0.10 ON MY AT HOP CARD, LEAVING ME PENNYLESS AND YOU DIDN'T GIVE HER THE $24.90 CHANGE. I PRAY THAT YOU GET RAM RAIDED!!! FOR WHAT YOU DID TO ME YOU FRAUDSTER!!!!
I can see why many people complain about bad service in this store and the one on New Market. Most of shop assistants have no clue how to behave with customers. I wanted to buy a 400$ ring from store on Ponsonby. An assistant didn't care about selling it to me. She didn't know label's name or where it came from and what stone in it... I could see her getting lazy and annoyed by my questions. She didn't even make an eye contact with me. I gave her ring back, came back home and bought it on-line from official label's store. I do wanna support brands they sale, but I don't wanna buy it from store with such unprofessional service. I did come back to the store and found few very helpful assistants. Who actually care about place they work at... But it's only few. I would definitely recommend Superette to my mates. They do have good stuff, but don't expect a friendly or high professional service. Not worth it to waist your energy and good mood.
Unfortunately, I did not have warm customer service on the day I went in. I do not like to make assumptions but it felt impossible for me to ignore that as an Asian woman, I was ignored by every single staff member. Meanwhile, every other customer who walked in before AND after me were attended to immediately with a lot of enthusiasm. They were also all white. It was a very unpleasant feeling that I am highly disappointed to still be experiencing in 2020.
Good range of stock, had 3x staff members help me & all were fab & seemed genuinely friendly. 5 stars!
The last 3 times I’ve been in this store the staff were rude, impatient and restless. The returns process was such an unnecessary drama after bringing back a faulty garment. Probably just stick to online shopping now.
Store is very presentable. Maddie was super helpful and made me feel very welcomed. Excellent customer service.
