Great team. After an awful experience buying Sofa from Farmers Waited 3 months and haven't received my order I went to this shop. They were very helpful and we got our orders 3 days after order. Really recommend this shop
The lady at the outlet was super nice and let my make a little pile of my haul on the counter as I browsed around for more. Also gave me a heads up on sales and how the stock changes in the store. Really good experience! Will definitely check out what new goodies are in store when I'm back in the area
Great service. Had the desk in stock when other stores did not. Carried it to our car. Desk was best size and quality of the stores we looked at.
Came here from the West gate/North West store because they had the chair I wanted. Just like the west gate store the customer service was great! She sorry didn’t get your name was busy though still found the time to help me out. She even checked in on me outside when she noticed the chair didn’t fit in my car. Thanks for making my first shopping experience at Nood an awesome one

Edward is great - I needed to buy a chair and couldn’t manage the assembly - he offered and completed it for me - having tested whether a completed one would fit in the car . He was very helpful and had great banter - dealing with the public is challenging but he has fantastic customer service - I highly recommend him !!
There are a few clearance items - but most of the store is the same price as regular stores
Pleasant to come and browse, and occasionally purchasing furniture from this store. Still very happy with our purchases. Must say staffs are super friendly, especially Bronte ? She offered exceptional customer services. Thanks!
I bought a painting today for $249 and unfortunately it does not match my living room. I went to return it, I came to know they have a no refund policy. I was given a gift card of $249 which will expire after 12 month. I feel disappointed and would not purchase from Nood in future for sure.
This place was great especially the staff... Johanna and her colleague did all they could to help us when purchasing various items from the store. Very friendly and not pushy like other places.
