I have been served twice now by Shane, once mixing paint for my silver VE commodore which turned out spot on and had an excellent chat to him while he did so, I also returned 2 days later to buy oil for the aforementioned car and he immediately knew exactly what oil Holden suggested for my specific model, incredible customer service skills and very knowledgeable about everything on the supercheap shelves and more!
Normally I find supercheap stores to have the best customer service than any other retail stores, and I love shopping there and being looked after by their amazing friendly staff, but yesterday was a completely different experience, the lady on the front counter Ruth was so rude to my family, she seemed so unhappy to be working there, and the way she spoke to me and other customers was appalling, I felt so uncomfortable by her rudeness I left the store not buying anything and I had lots to purchase. Please ensure your staff are friendly and welcoming to their customers, it’s not hard to be happy and kind to others.

My husband and I have found Levi to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful on numerous occasions. He is an asset to this business. His willingness to help us has brought us back to Supercheap time and time again from competitor stores who were not genuine and only trying to get sales.
I recently purchased this trolley and am extremely disappointed with the product. The handle is angled at 45 degrees, which makes it incredibly awkward and difficult to use, especially for heavy loads. The website clearly shows a trolley with a handle at a 90-degree angle, which is what I expected to receive.nnTo make matters worse, it seems that the company has switched manufacturers without updating the product images on their website. The trolley I received is completely different from the one advertised.nnWhen I contacted customer service, they informed me that because I had used the trolley once, I could either have it replaced or get a refund. This is unacceptable. I should not have to go through the hassle of returning a product that was misrepresented in the first place.nnOverall, this has been a frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this trolley or the company to anyone.
