Although I'm not a big spender, this is my go to store. I have had two product problems not MX Stores creation. They have helped me return products with minimal fuss and been extremely prompt in replacing the items. Staff I've dealt with are fantastic!
Service is starting to slip here. I've shopped here for close to 9yrs and for the first time I had to justify that I wanted to try gear items on prior to purchase and that I was a genuine buyer. The bloke that served me was clearly over getting items from the back for customers by the time I got to him that day. He was passive aggressive nearly to the point of argumentative, made me feel like my enquiry was a total inconvenience to him and it was up to me to build some sort of report so my purchasing experience didn't completely suck. I think management may need to remind certain staff that the business model requires a large majority of stock to remain out back as a show room required to display everything is an unrealistic option. Hence part of your daily duties undertaken as a staff member is to get items required for a customer enquiry. Furthermore, if you have a bad experience with a prior customer, don't make the next person you serve pay for it.
Ordered a top end gasket kit that was unfortunately missing a seal so i contacted them and they gladly sent me a replacement. Plus the head gasket failed to seal, i mentioned it while i was in contact with them so they also sent me some replacements to do the job again. Super appreciate the support and quick response! These guys will be my go-to everytime!
They honored a refund for an unused product I had totally forgotten about after almost a year. They didn't have to do that but that was appreciated more than they know. They also responded to my email in less than 1 hr. 100% would recommend.
Bought Acerbis seat contacted over weld that holds the thread in place has failed contacted mx store had a reply for a Jay who repeats the same message or emailnn4 weeks and no response for your supplier over this is not acceptable.nnI have asked for refund or exchange or replacement all have been ignored.nn2nd email back from Jay still waiting on there suppliers to get back to himnnHow long do you think is acceptable to make the public wait jay ????
