I stopped in to get a new wiper blade installed. The whole process took 5 minutes in total was very simple. “Blake” was lovely to deal with and very professional. He is a great team member and an asset to this store/company. He should be applauded for his excellent customer service and timely work ethic. Thanks to the team, especially Blake for being a pleasure to deal with.
Changing my wiper blades would have taken me 2 hours but I paid a very small fee and got your staff member to do it for me. 10 minutes and I was on my way.nThanks so much

I am writing on behalf of my brother-in-law Dennis Reardon, a senior citizen and a member of Super Cheap Shop at Melton. He recently experienced unsatisfactory customer service from a staff member at the Melton location. My brother-in-law requested assistance with replacing the battery in a Holden key remote. He was informed that a $20 fee would be charged for this service, despite being a member of your establishment. He found this particularly disappointing, given that the items were purchased from your store. The customer service he received was perceived as poor and rude. I wish to bring to the attention of management a serious concern regarding the conduct of a team member. My brother-in-law, a trade club valued member for last 17 years of this establishment, experienced what we perceive as unethical practices. He purchased a remote control, and given the service cost of the item, we anticipated that battery replacement and assistance would be provided free of charge. However, he was instead gping to be źcharged $20 for this service.nnWe have previously purchased car wipers from your establishment and received complimentary installation, which makes this incident particularly perplexing. It is unacceptable to charge an additional $20 for assistance with a simple battery replacement after an item Holden Remote Control has been purchased.nnThis reflects a significant lapse in customer service. If this matter is not promptly addressed, we will be compelled to escalate our concerns to higher management and relevant customer affairs organizations to ensure appropriate action is taken and that your customers, especially your members, are treated with the respect and service they deserve.
