Ordered a window regulator on June 1st and was advised that it’s coming from Adelaide. Got a call on informing us that the parts has arrived. We picked it up today, 8th of June and noticed that the box was old  with scotch tape on it. Asked the counter lady to cut the tape and have a look at it and parts are no longer in the plastic. I should have not accepted it but wanted  my car to get it fixed. Upon reaching home, we have had our breakfast first before installing this part. We noticed that one of the plastic rail is different to the original. We placed it side by side and that particular part has no rail clip and evident of old grease on it. Returned back to the store around 12nn and wanted to have it returned and get a refund. The lady counter was unable to decide so she called her supervisor and said that we broke it and unable to have a refund. We went back to your shop to report an issue of the parts but accused of breaking the parts. Was very upset as he is not able to decide such complaint like this so I demanded him to speak to a Manager and was ask to get out with an aggressive voice. A supervisor with such kind of bad behaviour is very bad to your valued customers. He is the supervisor on duty on Saturday, 8th of June 2024.nnCustomer service rating is zero specially in handling customer’s concerns about your soare parts.

Appalling service have given me the wrong parts 3 times. On one occassion brakes too big for an Au falcon. On another occassion they gave me the wrong belt twice for a Nissan X trail T31. Completely wrong parts, not even an apology about giving me the wrong parts!

Purchased a dash camera a couple of weeks ago. Finally installed it and wouldn't link up to app on phone despite numerous attempts. Returned to store and was eligible for refund but had to remove mount and GPS which were attached with the supplied double sided tape. Staff were unable to assist to remove. Luckily the guys from Autobarn came to my rescue.

Made a online order yesterday with same day delivery, miss the cut of time by 4 minutes. That's fair enough, figured would get delivered the next day. No notification came the next day today so I called around  4:40pm spoke with Andy and long story short, Andy personally delivered the items himself after he knocked off. You couldn't ask for better customer service. He is a valuable and compassionate asset to the repco team. You're a legend Andy!

Helpful staff, they didn't have the part I wanted, but even recommended one of the competitors they knew would have it, to get what I was after.
