Solid selection of items and fast click and collect service. I ordered car cleaning kit online, parked in the designated car spot directly out the front and was in and out of the store in less than three minutes. Perfect if in a hurry. Staff was efficient
The guy who served me was total Gold. He knew his stuff but was able to make you feel comfortable and respected. I can’t praise him enough it’s all in the demeanour people will override price with feeling welcome and respected by a polite knowledge source. I shop where I feel comfortable and he left a lasting impression. Thanks heaps for the experience Supercheap Alexandria. Cheers Greg
Not really “super-cheap”, actually same products, same brands are way cheaper elsewhere, don’t be fooled by the name, it’s definitely not cheap, check the prices online beforehand. Also the custom paint, the one they put in a spray can with a machine is a waste of money, I got a “silver” one and the can was pretty much full of clear/oily liquid. Was like painting with cooking oil. The lady working there is really friendly, 5 stars for her.
I miss some of the staff that used to work here, they were positive enthusiastic and patient with customers. Sadly one of the staff had an arrogant and aggressive attitude, perhaps he was tired or not feeling well, which I totally can find a place to forgive as a one off, however it would seem this particular staff member has been having a difficult time for a while. I hope things improve for them if they serve me ao I can come back and rectify this bad review.
Terrible experience with Supercheap Alexandria, upon buying a new battery online , I contacted the store and the staff confirmed the technician is available to help me with the fitting but once I bought it and arrived to collect my battery, the store manager lie to me claiming the technician is not available, he even refused to jump-start my vehicle and left me stranded in the parking lot. I finally had to call NRMA roadside assistant to help me with the fitting. Therefore, I recommend anyone who need help with fitting that Supercheap Alexandria is not the place where you should go, the old man who manage the store is a disgraced con who enjoy to see his customers having bad days.
I think the only thing good about this store is that it’s well stocked other then that the staff aren’t that knowledgeable on there own computer systems and seem to become quite flustered when a system goes down. Also are not that clear on services they provide. The American guy is quite condescending as-well, I don’t know if that’s a cultural thing.
My partner and I visited Alexandria Super Auto Cheap to buy products for our vehicle and went to pay when we came across Nicole who served us, she was nothing but absolutely an amazing lady which had a great attitude. Which made our experience incredible.
Was told they could help fitting roof racks bought at the shop but when I showed up this was apparently no longer possible - despite the large signage on the front window saying “We’ll fit it for you”. Call that misleading or unhelpful. It’s the second bad experience I’ve had with this store in as many visits. I won’t be back, that’s for sure.
Was really happy with the advice and assistance from the guy american accent serving behind the counter, on replacing wiperblades. He was able to select and install them for me as soon as he had a replacement on the counter. So easy, friendly, and excellent service. Very happy.
Their staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and patient. I have really been impressed by Nicole. She is always cheerful and full of help and advice. Nothing is too hard. Rami is also amazing.
