Very disappointing with customer service on the line. 
Waited 30mins for first point of contact. Another 20mins to be transferred after speaking with a fairly poor attitude staff member. 
Asking very personal information including financial lifestyle, job, family and living lifestyle 
Just wanted to ask a simple question which they have advised that they could not provided any point of view regarding legal matters, go to your nearest community centre for a legal assistance or questions.  

What is the point of the legal aid hotline services then?

Waste of time was put on hold 2 times for over 30 mins just kept getting transferred. Just to ask one simple question.
