Story

C. Marshall & Associates is a specialist law firm practising exclusively in criminal defence. Our offices are located in Melbourne’s central business district and the western suburb of Sunshine.

Established in 2003 by Accredited Criminal Law Specialist and Principal Cameron Marshall, the firm has expanded to now comprise four highly motivated and competent lawyers who are passionate about criminal defence. Importantly, all of our lawyers are highly experienced advocates who appear in Court on a daily basis and have had experience in appearing in all jurisdictions.

We are happy to act for you in relation to any criminal matter, ranging from minor summary charges to the most serious of charges. We offer our services based on a private retainer; however as we are also a member of the Victoria Legal Aid panel, we are also in a position to act for you if you meet Victoria Legal Aid’s eligibility criteria.

Our firm can represent you in relation to matters arising in Victoria as well as interstate jurisdictions. We also offer representation in matters pertaining to applications to the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal.
