Called up to ask some advice which was met with a rude, incredibly unhelpful receptionist who only stayed on the line long enough to say I'd have to schedule an $88 appointment just to get advice before hanging up. Called Paramount Collections and received VERY helpful, friendly advice. Will be taking my business there.

Receptionist was offending was not interested giving legal advice, as they did not profit from it there words. end up calling Butler McDermott, Spoke with them for five minutes over the phone and told me whats the best way to proceed.
