I used Greenhalgh Pickard,  legal services at Coolum, when my Will & EPA were lost by a previous Law Firm. They provided personable service & clear & concise instructions to facilitate my Estate Planning process. Particular kudos to Karina, Scot & Fraser for Customer Service, "par excellence". Highly Recommended!

Robert and his team guided us through a recent purchase of a hangar/chalet of which we had no previous experience.  He was patient and well-informed and helped us through every step.  We really appreciate all the advice which has enabled us to purchase our dream property. We just need something to put in the hangar now.

I can’t fault the service from Laura and her team who were most welcoming and friendly. Laura was helpful, professional, and she responded very quickly, she also explained everything clearly and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Laura for Will preparation and estate matters.

I found the Solicitors and their Staff to be extremely professional and very eager to assist during a very sad time in my life following  my husbands death.  I thoroughly recommend Greenhalgh Pickard Solicitors.

Unfortunately, I went here because of the fantastic reviews and was really disappointed and wanted to make sure this doesn’t happen to others. After sitting down with an accountant to do my tax return, he informed me I would be paying $7-$11k in capital gains tax even when I informed him I didn’t think I had to pay it. After my appt I did my research and figured out I was definitely not eligible to pay. Luckily I did my own research! I also wasn’t really impressed with how they handled my complaint when I let them know the above. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

Dear Mr Greenhalgh, From my initial contact with Harry at the Coolum Office to the follow up I received from John, I was impressed by the courteous, efficient way that my request was handled. I required a document to be certified by an Australian Notary Public and was pleased to find that John had the necessary qualification, enabling me to have my request executed locally. My family has enjoyed a connection with this firm for many years, from the purchase of our first home in Coolum to the present day, and will be clients for the foreseeable future after my recent positive experience.
