After my last experience of waiting over an hour just to get a blood test done I thought I should get my results, so asking when the next available appointment is they told me it’s in 20 minutes so I thought I would hang around until then. Just a repeat of last time I had to wait another entire hour and I finally went and asked when I was going to be seen they told me there are still people before me to go in. Why tell me I can see him in 20 mins if they want me to wait over an hour I do not recommend this clinic unless you like wasting your time sitting there watching everyone else who comes in after you go and see the doctors before you. I never even got my results as apparently I need to waste my time first.

Fantastic doctors & really lovely ladies at the front desk. We have seen two doctors at this clinic & seriously they have gone above & beyond for my son....I will be forever grateful. Treatment is still going but that is because they dont find a quick fix they find the root cause & fix that. The only negative is that they are rarely on time but I feel that is because they dont rush their patients out the door, if you need a little extra time they give it...which I think is a positive. I can & will confidently recommend this clinic 😊

Overall experience with this clinic is very poor. The reception staff are friendly, but my booking times were handled terribly. I did everything that was asked by the clinic, getting blood results and scans required done promptly and emailed through to them for my file. But when you pay nearly $20 per minute to speak to some dr, they are disorganised and can't even call you on time for your allocated appointment. It's just unacceptable and bad service for the amount of money and time invested into trying to seek help from this clinic. Extremely dissapointed and will definitely NOT refer any of my friends like I had been planning to, nor waste another minute dealing with them again. 1/10
