I don't believe hospitals should be used for any old reason so I came here. I didn't know I had glandular fever, and came in for help, the dr gave me a prescription and felt like he was kicking me out, as a result of the prescription I got hives, came back in and saw a different doctor and she told me I was fine (I didn't know what the dots were and neither did she as the only thing she had me do was a pee test- WHICH DID NOTHING) and said I didn't need anything- cut to the next day I was in hospital with my temperature so high I kept passing out and the hospital doctors tell me the drug I had been prescribed was a typical drug these doctors give when they don't care about what you have but give it to you to make you shut up. The front desk ladies are always very kind to me- but the doctors shouldn't be aloud to practice.

Fantastic Medical Centre! I had lacerations on my foot that had become quite infected and called them at 8pm to see if they could help, as I wasn't too keen on sitting in emergency at the hospital for hours. I got straight in and they sorted me out right away. The Doctor, Nurse and receptionist were all very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Go in to see a doctor about getting an mri a nd a urine sample. Get kicked out nearly for asking for help. Maybe if I payed for it I'd get r treated better. Selfish people. Plus might I add insulting someones intelligence, because I asked if they could get a urine test.

Terrible service from reception, as I walk in they acknowledge me but decide to ignore me, bicker back and forth about bulk billing with Medicare card. The appointment itself was about 5 minutes long and cost me $65 even tho I got told that they bulk bill.

Terrible service.Dont come here you will waste your time and money. Been here before and was told I could bulk bill with medicare card, and that i was noted as to be always bulk billed. Came in today, told i could bulk bill, rude recieptionist at 1pm thursday 2 November 2017, never smiled, nor was welcoming and just bickered the entire time, had to deal with this while being in pain. Doctor appointment lasting 2 minutes. Came out receptionist force me to pay $65 after being told previously that i was going to be bulk billed. She said Kawana waters doesnt bulk bill, clearly there is a huge sign at the front saying they do. Never coming here again.
