Adequate for 2 nights.  An early check in around 9am was granted which was good but no tea towels provided or a few forks. There is a microwave so I would think this would have been provided. No bedside table or lamp on the other side of the double bed.  Won't break the bank add these 2 items and make tenants' stay a little more comfortable.  The bathroom sink wasn't thoroughly cleaned, being a cleaner myself I could tell.

The rooms were clean and modern with good facilities. Low cost motel. It's got two Wi-Fi networks, both free,  but they both have very weak reception in the back rooms. If this is important ask for a room near the office. It has a pool. Room was spacious with one queen size bed and two singles. It had a shared balcony.

They would not honour the online booking made through hotels dot com. Even after I logged in and gave them every detail requested they still just wanted to sell their walk in room.
And with the manager away they said there would be no refunds for over a week. 
Made me sit and wait an hour for a manager to come down to check the booking. 
Rude phone service and other guests also reported having trouble trying to get the room they paid for.

Clean and tidy. Only downside is it would have been nice to have the WiFi password in the room rather than having to go to the office during office hours

Great little place to rest, has good a\c, spacious rooms for groups and not much else, better for a short stay than a week long vacation
