Horrendous experience, Would strongly advise against using from personal experience. We had a bathroom, Carport & Outdoor patio built a few years back by Sunset Villas. The beams have rotted through as they are interior rated beams not exterior!. The Garage beams were also placed upside down and know suffer mould and rot issues also... We tried to fix these issues with Sunset Villas and the owner has refused to rectify his issues and claims it is not his problem!. We know can not use the patio area as a building assesor has said it is only a matter of time before it collapses. If you would like to come out and view the builing works completed by sunset villas to make your own assumptions please contact me, we would only be so willing to assist you to come to your own conclusions.
