Would give 0 stars if I could. Can't get through whenever you try to call, no one in the branch knows how to reply to emails, request a document and it takes weeks when you are told it should only take 10 minutes. Try to call suncorp main line and end up on hold for an hour. I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have with Suncorp, and in particular the Cairns Central branch.

Sorry , there was NO MINUS ... Had coffee on offer for Customers went in on four 4 different occasions ...NOT AVAILABLE !!!! Are UNABLE to give you a PRINT OUT of Deposit of Monies ???? Staffs scribble on a bit of paper your balance , NO Terminal for you to check your accounts ... The branch needs a Re-vamp or CLOSURE !!!!

Can't afford to put staff on to service their customers?! I'm in a queue that stretches out the door and they have a single teller working. Not good enough.

Should have more than two customer service officers serving considering the area this branch covers. After closing the Earlville branch!
