Suncorp Bank Aitkenvale

Can't wait to close all of my accounts, arrogant staff with belligerent attitudes. Tried 3 times to make personal appointment ref a large term deposit, no one ever got back to me. Went in person the customer service was unacceptable, took a bank cheque and left. This branch needs to be retrained in both customer service and what it really means as well as manners, courtesy and a gentler approach to their customers. They did me favour..I went to Willows where I found a banking institute that not only offered me a seat, but we're keen to negotiate and help in any way they could with accounts.

All they want you to do is use is the ATM, no customer service pain to get into and park and do quick banking I'm looking for another bank any ideas

whilst this bank's location is one of this smallest, staff are friendly and can be busy with long lines to wait.

Good service, quick and efficient

I went to see if it was open and saw they closed at 4pm. I didn’t say anything, just had surprised look on my face and this old white haired crone came out and gave me a lecture about them closing at 4 since May. I have been a customer for 10 years. Super disrespectful

Once they understood my limitations the staff went out of they're way to help.
