Because Suncorp have closed all their branches in the Redlands and removed all their atms, I now have to drive 45minutes to deposit my pay every week using the atm at this branch as only those ones will accept deposits I work in a trade and often get paid in cash. Usually I cant make it there when its open because they only open while 90% of their customers are at work. And more than half of the time I drive those 45mins only to find the atm out of order. Wasting 2 hrs of my weekend.. I used to bank with commonwealth bank, and since I changed to suncorp they have managed to make everytime Ive had to deal with them stressful and infuriating.. and I'm beginning to think with all the closures, and the increasing lack of accessible atms, Suncorp seems to be a sinking ship.. Personally I will be changing banks asap, and I strongly recommend others do the same.

Made to wait 2.5hours. Happy to do so as obviously if I am in the bank trying to open new accounts I am required to be here to open accounts. But wouldn't take a booking and just kept repeating that its 2.5hour and I should go to carindale. No if I wanted to go there I would have. Honestly there are limited banks and some services require your attendance at the bank.
I put 1 star just because I cannot put no star. The branch manager is not responsible and lazy to work no wonder all the staff in this branch are rude.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ash the lending officer at the Capalaba Suncorp Branch. She went above and beyond to help us in the reasonably short time frame we had for our investment property purchase. Ash kept us informed every step of the way and made herself available at short notice to sign paperwork. We've dealt with lots of different banks and lending officers over the last 30 years and Ash is by far is the best I have ever come across.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The worst bank I have ever been in. Ridiculously slow, only ever has 1/2 tellers open, even with a queue of 10+ people out the door. Have been waiting in massive lines before and tellers will just close and go to lunch, leaving 1 to deal with everyone. Have also waited in excess of 40 minutes before. No one is friendly or helpful, mostly rude and uncaring, not to mention slow. I honestly have never seen a bank like it.
Never enough staff on! Huge line and long wait every single time! Never should have closed the Cleveland branch - it had much better service and wait times!
Slowest service, standing for ages while other staff just walk in and out doors without making any sort of eye contact with waiting customers. Dont go there unless you've got a good half hour + to waste waiting. And there is one very rude older lady I hope everytime I dont get again. Wish there was another bank there!!!!
don't get me wrong, I love this bank its one of the best I've been with, but this branch needs a massive update; trying to deposit cash both cash and coins was a huge task to undertake. Even for me, a person who knows how to use ATMs, I had to make two trips into the branch to deposit a total of $70 and use two different ATMs. They need one machine that can deposit cash and coins, not one of both.
