We called Sun City Hot Water yesterday to our leaking hot water system. I was told someone would be onsite within 2 hours and a phone call would be make prior to arriving. 1.5hrs after my call I received a courtesy call and sam was on site. I can not fault these guys. We have used them many years ago and will continue to do so. Thank you

Terrible service, fixed a hot water system - broke down a week later. Arranged to purchase new system - waited and waited no one showed up. Telephoned to find out why and was lied to that they had left a message they couldn"t come NOT to be trusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Found them great to deal with, very helpful and informative and excellent service. Very prompt service and competitive rates. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again

Would not recommend this company to anyone... last year they replaced our frost protection valve to have them only fail again after only a year of having it installed. They then advised that they will just remove them as they are not necessary on the Sunshine coast, they would still charge us a call out fee. I asked why we weren't recommended this in the first place rather than have to pay another round of valves in excess of $300. They also said that this is not their fault and something that i have to take up with the manufacturer of the valve. This doesn't solve the fact that we now have a massive water and electricity bill for something that should have worked beyond one year. The way I see it, they replaced the valve with a cheap product and as such we are paying the price. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible parts.
