Great service- 5 vegan options to choose from today and they were so delicious!! Highly recommend the spicy hokkein salad Generous serves, a great meal deal for regular and a kombucha under $15 - yum!
As God is my witness, this is the best Sumo Salad in the whole bloody world. The freshly made salads always come packed full of the good stuff and they always get my order correct. The staff are friendly too. What more could you want?
A big disappointment... rocked up to the Charlestown store to get a couple of salads and was told they were not serving. Despite arriving 20 - 25 minutes before closing... the lazy buggers had decided it was quits. Good customer service.. NOT. They advertise they close at 4.30pm. A word to the wise... if you want people's business then keep to your WORD. Thankfully all the other stores next to them were open so one of them benefited...good reliable Subway. Anyway next time I want a salad I am voting with my feet and going elsewhere.... fail Sumo.. no wonder you only have the one store in Newie now.
Great yummy salads with good value, can't complain about that at all. Good range to choose from, all quite tasty, really enjoyable. Staff were a bit hit-or-miss though, seemed like they didn't even know how to pack a salad.
Great service and great salads. Look far more inviting then soul origin, had that small business feel to it. Great customer service, our little one was sick and the gentleman did not hesitate in the slightest to give us a cup for the little one. Would Definently come here again!!!
Twice in a row now my salads have had insects mixed into them. Multiple dead moths in one, and a big bee or possibly a fly, it was the colour of a bee but looked more like a fly so not sure in the other. Will start using the salad bar opposite them instead.
We have found this is excellent for coffee & the best & freshest food, the owner and staff very courteous . Highly recommended
Amazing custom salads staff where super helpful n was all fresh.
It’s a little more far away than it is but I’m still glad it has not been closed down please do not close down
