The lady who served me was lovely. I ordered the beef and haloumi salad. It was a great combination of flavours in theory except there was way too much of the dressing and now my mouth feels shriveled from all the salt. I couldn't really taste the other ingredients. I would eat there again but ask them to go easy on the dressing.
Really terrible service from the younger staff, and not polite at all. It's not that hard to smile and say thank you once in a while. I ordered a teriyaki bowl which comes with grilled chicken schnitzel and decided to add 80g of extra chicken and an egg. They had to make my order twice because they forgot to add the egg and the grilled chicken. On the second attempt they completely forgot to add the extra chicken. I was really excited to eat it as the presentation looked great, however, I couldn't finish any of the grilled chicken as it was soft, bland and tasted off. The chicken looks like soya chicken. Someone needs to come up with a quicker solution for healthy food places. Salads shouldn't take 20 minutes to build, and then not be edible. Very disappointed.
Disgusting... $20 for a chicken ceasar salad that has no chicken and brown lettuce.
Great service from a couple girls that worked there. Delicious salad and juices! I got the Japanese Poke Bowl and a freshly made juice. Definitely would go back again :D
Lovely staff however disappointed in the meal. Paid $18.95 for a large and ended up with just lettuce chicken and croutons half filled in the bowl :
Annoyed when it’s states open on Google. But it’s either closed early or closed for the day. Like update your opening hours!! I like Sumo Salad but this one in the mall, never opens at its actual time. Or open at all!
Was a bit disappointed by the quality of what I bought. $10 not bad for a salad and it looks good on top but was so bloody soggy and wilted no doubt was a bit on the aged side so not very enjoyable. Customer service was lovely though
Absolutely terrible service, cannot even get a catering order right. They have totally ruined my wife’s baby shower and when we told them about the mistake they would not help and rectify the order at all. Very sad, very poorly run. Will never go back there again.
I always like the salad in this shop, I eat it once or twice a week, but in the last 2-3 weeks, the amount of salad is much less, last week the amount of salad is only half of the previous. I don't know why this happens. Maybe the newly hired clerk is not familiar with it or something?
Stay away. terrible. Waited 15mn for 2x bowls. Portion is so small, salmon was overcooked and probably 3 days old, haloumi and salad was soggy and the whole bowl is mixed up . Dressing is too salty.
