The burgers taste good. Service is good. I'm not impressed by the size of the chicken breasts they use. I ordered a double and it was not a lot of chicken compared to other chicken burger places. The fries are great.

Staff need more training. Ordered a 1/2 chicken box twice. The menu clearly states 2 sides, garlic dip and pita. Twice I’ve been offered “two boxes of chips” instead of offering options of other sides. Also ordered a bondi burger meal and wasn’t given chips. Poor training and service. Won’t go back again

The chicken burger was messy and wet  because there was too much sauce it's not ideal when kids are eating it as it's get all over them and falls apart . But the taste and customer service is good

Super slow service. Crusty dry potato skins. That felt so stiff you could throw them as darts and stick it into a wall. Drink was only half filled. Rude service from someone called shiann. Never going back to this disgrace called a restraunt better off going to a dumpster and fishing for food.

Such a better option than maccas! The food here is always nice and cooked in a quick manner! Staff are lovely too. Opt for a meal deal for sure!

Had a Bondi Benda and potato skins. It took ages to be cooked even though they were not busy. Then they forgot to give me my dipping sauce for my potato skins and didn't apologise when I eventually managed to convince them I didn't have it. The benda looked nothing like the pictures, and was dry and had hardly any of the salad stuff on that the picture showed. The wrap used for the benda was far too thick and very doughy. I ate about 20% of it and threw the rest away. KFC, here I come next time. It most definitely will not be at Oporto. Disappointing.

Absolutely disgusted with this franchise...smallest triple fillet bondi meal I've ever seen in15 years as a loyal customer...didn't get what I paid forno bacon and the chilli was a non existent watered mess!!!...do not recommended this franchises since change of ownership and won't be back!...rather drive an extra 10mins and visit another store...feel ripped off!!!

bit pricey but food is nice alot better than maccas however you cant feed a family of four here for a resonable price.

Always good food. Most of the time, my daughters' first choice in the food court.

I haven’t had a bad experience with this oporto. Plus there’s a girl at the counter who always has a nice smile on her face
