Story

Sumac cafe is dedicated to providing the freshest middle eastern food cooked in the traditional ways, with our ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
As well as great food we have the best coffee available la crema coffee, so if you just want a quick take away coffee or to sit down and have a cake and coffee we have a range of products to suit.
Access to the cafe is very easy with a 40 space car park at the rear of the shop accessed from Penang ave and of course there is parking on Goodwood rd at the front of the cafe.
As we are a family run cafe we would love to invite groups and families to dine in or takeaway you are always welcome at sumac cafe.

The people there are friendly, it doesn't take much time to get your order, parking in the rear. However I am not happy with the food it is well done but I feel missing something, the edges of the Schnitzel are too crispy. This is my taste maybe you will like it

Love Sumac - my go to place for when I want take away.  Always delicious!

This has rocked straight to one of my favourite places to eat in Adelaide! I'm not exaggerating how good this meal was but my wife had to tell me to stop talking about how much I enjoyed it. For only 30 bucks we were full.

extremely bad customer service. manager was very rude for no reason when telling me they couldn't make my order i had made. i was very polite and could hardly get a word in. definitely not ordering here again

An awesome middle eastern restaurant. Food is excellent and the serves are large. I would call it a dining experience more than a cafe due to the excellent quality of the food. Good place to eat in a large group sharing many of the dishes.

Driving past, saw the sign, stopped and checked out the reviews. We weren't disappointed. Great food, great service, great value. We had the shashlik platter for two. Everything freshly prepared. We couldn't eat it all.

Great place to grab a quick lunch. Fresh and tasty.

Food and staff both are extraordinary. True taste of Mediterranean. Nice seating and atmosphere. Washrooms could be improved but excellent food and the super friendly staff would still help it attain 5 stars!
