I got told that results would take 2 days, but actually it's a 4 week wait! She also couldn't draw from one arm so had to draw from both arms. I would have paid elsewhere if they had told me the correct wait time, which is delaying me taking medication.
Unbelievably slow. Waited for an hour and had to leave without having my blood test done. The woman was in no hurry. Took 15 mins after the previous patient left before the next one was taken. When I asked for my paperwork back as I had run out of time there was no apology or recognition of the poor service. Won’t ever go back.
Absolutely awesome! In straight away, looked after and told I could wear my pajamas next time if I wanted! Excellent service. Nice to feel so welcomed
Had to wait 20 minutes in a seemingly empty building without any sort of acknowledgement, then when I was finally served the woman was extremely rude. She also told me I had to provide a urine sample, even though my doctor had never requested one. I checked. A little suspicious and very unprofessional.
Visited this practice today, the one lady working was very friendly & chatty despite being run off her feet busy. She deserves a raise!
Louise is an a wonderful and caring lady who is highly skilled. I wouldn't go anywere else. Highly recommend!!
Had a very good experience. Very good signage, quick and easy COVID test with excellent service.
Went in at 2:50pm and they were closed. Don't say your open until 3pm Mon-Fri if you will close early. This happened on 27/02/2020
Lost my blood samples resulting in delays in my urgent blood work.
Great experience this morning. Friendly, speedy and efficient!
