UNPRETENTIOUS Coffee shop!!! Will definitely go again whenever I come to Brisbane. I only popped in to get take away cappuccino, but I was struck by how friendly the service was. So I stayed longer and tried their Quiche. The cappuccinos were wonderful too!!! And very well priced
I went there at 5:10 am and it was very busy already. Only one staff but he works and serves very efficiently. I ordered breakfast combo with a cup of coffee and ham cheese croissant which was very good value considering it’s in Brisbane. The soy flat white that I had was very amazing. Shop was little but very warm and full of vibes. Highly recommend.

I couldn't resist trying a few, and they did not disappoint. They were fresh, flavorful, and expertly made. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sugar 'N Spice Cafe to anyone looking for a delicious meal or a cozy spot to relax in Brisbane. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the ambiance is perfect for a peaceful and enjoyable dining experience. I can't wait to return for another visit!
Such a cosy place. Lovely woodwork and impressive displays of teas and coffees so you drink your excellent coffee and cakes in comfort in a charming setting The dark chocolate beverage was good too. Really friendly service. Vegetarian options: Gluten free cakes
Popped in at 530am on Saturday morning while staying in Brisbane, earliest open coffee shop near our hotel. One person working and he was an absolute machine serving, doing pastries and making coffee. Our coffees were fantastic and he remained composed and did an amazing job. Dietary restrictions: Great options of milk choices for coffee.
Popped in for a quick soy cappuccino on a Saturday morning as the reviews were good and wasn't disappointed. The service was excellent and the soy cap was up with the best I've had and i was pleasantlysurprised at the price. The barrista knows his craft and is super friendly. The shop has a great vibe too. It's on my list now for places to take friends.
Love the vibe here! It is great and fabulous. The old retro vibe is so cool. The drinks here are amazing and delicious! I would really recommend this place.the iced tea here also not the regular iced tea you are thinking about sinxe it is really of tea taste.
Great service , it was busy this morning and only 2 people behind the counter . It was great to see how efficiently and calmly they managed . Coffees were great and the muffin too . To our surprise the coffee was quick too
Latte art was not good. Coffee was normal but it was quite good : But I think there were too much foam in my flat white And.. they have a lot of breads that looks tasty! Someday I’ll try one of them.
Entering the store you will be greeted by a plethora of teas running down the entire length of the shelf. We had a pot of their apple cinnamon tea and green jasmine tea, both of which were fabulous. Amusingly, ordering a ham & cheese croissant means that its original 3D form takes on a 2D transformation between display cabinet, I believe the sandwich press next and plate. If you do not expect anything from a ham & cheese croissant you will likely find it enjoyable nonetheless and gone in a few bites. My only regret was not remembering to capture any of the food or drink in a picture. But you get the idea. The orange almond slice was moist and also delicious. Our two pots of tea and two nibbles only cost us $20.20. Fantastic and will return.
